Andreas is a passionate host and offers his guests 4 stylish apartments in a historic building in Parcines in South Tyrol.

As a small family-run business, it's not always easy to keep up with the latest trends, stand out from the many other apartments in the region, and also be there for guests around the clock - all at the same time.

That's why Andreas has decided to create unique experiences, in addition to his insider tips and favorite corners in the region, making the digitally bookable bread service as well as useful information available for the stay of his guests anytime and anywhere via Giggle.Tips. In this way, he can give his guests a personal touch and show them exactly everything he himself loves about his region, such as the culinary arts and traditions.

 

AUTOMATICALLY ON ALL CHANNELS

What is particularly close to Andreas' heart is to be there for his guests on as many channels as possible. In addition to the hotel website, he also shares his experiences on his own Facebook page, which saves him the time of having to create a new post each time. Moreover, Andreas sends his individually-created experiences to his guests in his pre-stay email communication, so that the guests can also plan in advance - whether they want to have bread rolls or a breakfast basket delivered to the apartment for example - but they can also see what they can do in the beautiful region of South Tyrol before their arrival. For the guests on-site, Andreas has thought of something special. At check-in, he gives the vacationers his personal experience ticket with a QR code, with which the guests can conveniently access all the experiences with their own smartphone, where they can also directly book their desired experience - perfect, since Andreas does not have time much time during the day to answer questions and take breakfast orders. This allows him to focus on the most important area for him as a host: Hospitality, making all his guests feel welcomed and comfortable around the clock.
